Have your eyes been opened to seeing the injustices in America in a way that cannot be ignored?
Now is the time to bring AntiRacism to your life–a racial reckoning is upon us. You can choose to be part of the solution by taking up the work and joining the right side of history.
Our Free AntiRacist 30 Day Challenge is for people who want to do something about the injustice and inequity in America and might not know where to start. First, there’s the sheer magnitude of the task ahead. And then if you look at one of the many multipage AntiRacism resource lists, you can quickly be overwhelmed. In our Challenge you’ll receive a daily email with a thoughtfully curated Lesson of the Day. All you need to bring is an open heart and mind (a pen and paper will be useful for your daily journal prompt/reflection).
As the leading scholar on AntiRacism, Dr. Ibram X. Kendi says, the heart of racism is denial. Our Challenge takes you out of denial to understand the history that led us to the legacy of anti-Blackness we see unfolding everyday. We provide the tools to help tackle emotionality–fragility, shame, guilt, and anger and translate the seminal works of Dr. Kendi and Dr. Robin DiAngelo into daily life action. The Challenge integrates science, meditation practices, nonviolent communication disciplines, and exercises from thought leaders like Brené Brown so you can take care of yourself as you do the work to be AntiRacist.
Learn what it means to be AntiRacist and how to incorporate AntiRacism as a way of life by joining the more than 1300 people enrolled since our July 1st, 2020 launch!
Be a warrior for change!
And now, a few words from our participants:
“This Challenge has been most amazing in my life. Thank you so much. I have been reading and watching antiracist media for the past three years, and I must say that you have curated the absolute BEST work to be part of the challenge.”
“I am so grateful for the opportunity to become educated about many aspects of our nation’s history that I was previously oblivious to. I am grateful to be led on this journey from within the safe space of my own home, with leaders who are including opportunities for me to process my feelings and reactions.”
“It is interesting that you use the word refuge, because that is exactly what this Challenge has become for me, a refuge from the almost unbearable state of the world today. I know this too shall pass, but you are helping to make the present bearable.”
“Thank you for having a space where we can share and listen together.”
“I’m really enjoying participating in this challenge. Though I fight hard against racism and I try to be an ally, I also recognize that I have a lot to learn and a lot of work to do to become a true advocate for anti racism. Thank You for considering me and including me in this opportunity.”
“It is important to have spaces like this for us to share and learn.”
“Thank you so much for the time and care you both took in developing this excellent curriculum. I’ll try to repay this in paying it forward and be a part of change.”
